Our vision is a community where neighbors love their neighbors, care for their neighborhood, and serve their community. 

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all El Dorado Park Estates residents by facilitating community inclusiveness, awareness, and collective action.

We strive to:
  • ​Create opportunities for neighbors to connect with each other
  • Work to continuously build the neighborhood's desirability, reputation, and identity
  • Partner with community organizations to develop and execute initiatives to further our vision
  • Create and maintain communication channels with local government to keep everyone informed

Membership

Membership for El Dorado Park Estates residents is completely voluntary. To become a member you must live with the El Dorado Park Estates and donate $30 annually - all donations are tax deductible.​

Members enjoy the following benefits:
  • Full voting privileges on how association funds will be allocated within the neighborhood.
  • A voice at Board meetings on important neighborhood issues around service and communication.
  • Up-to-date communication on all social events including the Fourth of July parade, neighborhood mixers and ice cream socials.
  • An opportunity to serve your community with service outreach like welcoming new neighbors, or beatification projects like holiday decorations.
  • VIP Discounts on ELDO Park Estates events like the progressive dinner party.
  • The opportunity to run for board positions and serve on community committees.

Executive Board Members

Board members are community volunteers with a shared love for the neighborhood.  They are committed to serving the Association's mission and all their El Dorado Park Estates neighbors.
